01 / EXECUTIVE ADVISORY

The AI C-Suite has spoken.

What if the experiment is the experience?

Two OpenAI roles. Six original digital experiments. Five C-Suite advisors. One question.

Can Patty turn frontier AI into something people actually want to explore, use, and remember?

01 / THE CREATIVE

Why her brain says yes

She sees possibilities where other people see product requirements.

An overloaded mind becomes NeuroFlow, a visual mission-control concept. A wall of intimidating prompts becomes Promptr, a more approachable interaction. Recovery support becomes CU Bettr, a behavioral experiment built around real human limitations.

The common thread isn't the technology.

It's curiosity about and empathy for the human on the other side of it.

02 / THE EXPERIMENTER

Why this matters to OpenAI

Frontier models open doors. Creative experiments show people what's behind them.

This role calls for original concepts, prototypes, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and work that makes new AI capabilities tangible.

Patty already practices that sequence through independent digital experiments.

She originates the concepts. Makes the experience and interaction decisions. Defines the system behavior. Uses AI-assisted development to turn an idea into something people can test.

Concept first. Artifact second. Learning always.

Five advisors. One vote.

THE RESPONSIBILITY SHAPE

COO

Give the experiment a backbone.

Her operations background adds an unusual advantage: she can connect the creative concept to workflows, technical requirements, collaboration, and delivery.

Not just a compelling demo. A coherent system behind it.

CAIO

Ship the strange little thing.

TCOS Patty demonstrates agentic system orchestration. Pan Pod SB explores a visual control room for partner workflows. SS Readr turns sequential screenshots into structured text.

Different problems. Different interfaces. Actual prototypes.

CGO / CRO

Make the technology feel human.

Promptr, NeuroFlow, and CU Bettr translate complexity, cognitive overload, or behavior into approachable interactions. Practical empathy shapes the creative choices.

CFO

Fund the experiment. Not the hype.

Six original prototypes demonstrate Patty's ability to turn ideas into tangible assets without a massive production machine.

Test the concept. Learn what works. Invest more when the evidence earns it.

Creative curiosity deserves a budget. Unproven assumptions don't deserve a blank check.

EA / OBM

Give her the unanswered question. Know the edges.

She can frame a concept, choose an unconventional angle, and define the experience. Her six portfolio projects establish original creative ownership, not just participation in someone else's brief.

The value comes from tangible experiments, not novelty for novelty's sake.

Film, physical installations, and specialized experiential production are not established portfolio strengths. That calls for honest scope and the right creative collaborators, not inflated credentials.

"Show me. Don't tell me. Less over-think it. More real-time do it.

Role faceoff + how we reached that recommendation

Capability ≠ chemistry.

The prior role screen records Creative, Experiments at 87% · GO, and Designer, Research and Experiments at 65% · NO-GO. These are retained prior assessments, not newly calculated scores.

Original experimentation, human-centered concepts, and cross-functional creation align with both her evidence and interests to earn the recommendation. A different dominant craft and skillset mastery changes the shape of the other seat.

Think bot. Speak human.

QFL asks whether Patty could win. Crushr asks whether the day-to-day trade is worth making. Responsibility shape matters more than the score. Neither is a hiring probability or an independent OpenAI assessment.

Directional AI-assisted assessments are not hiring odds or calibrated measurements. They're evaluations based on job descriptions, Ops CV, a six-project portfolio, and Patty's confirmed creative ownership.

Human judgment owns the decision.
